Commissioned works are not allowed to be used for AI/NFT.
General Information
✦ If payment has been made that means you're willing to follow and obey my Term of Services
✦ Commissions can not be altered after the final piece has been sent.
✦ I have the right to decline a Commission
✦ You may be contacted for some updates on the Commission
Payment
✦ An initial 50% payment upfront is required. The remaining 50% payment must be done after sketch is done.
✦ Complicated/detailed designs may increase the price - you will be contacted if this is the case
✦ You can pay me Half or Full according to your need
Revisions
✦ Clients may request revision during the sketch phase for free until it's confirmed.
✦ I allow an Unlimited amount of Minor changes as long as it's still reasonable
✦ I will ask for extra payment if the changes is major ( eg. change whole composition after sketch phase)
Deadline and Delivery
✦ You can expect a 1-2 weeks after the sketch is approved.
✦ If the commission needs to be done in less than 1 week, an additional fee will be added
✦ Finished works are sent into a Google Drive and delivered to the client's preferred mode of communication.
Usage Policy
✦ Excluding Refsheet, all Prices above are for NON-COMMERCIAL USE only, prices for commercial are different.
✦ The commercial price will range from an increase of 20$ to 50% of the commission price
✦ Please, Credit the work if you want to share it. Credit goes to my Twitter (@invertedqueen)
Intellectual Property Rights
✦ The right to all arts I produce belongs to me and without any agreement from both parties, I won't allow any use of it on any platform that will or can produce any monetary result
Refunds
✦ Once payments have been made, no refunds are allowed.
✦ If I am unable to complete or continue the project for any reason, only then will I issue a refund
